Dover First is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and where everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts, and use them for God's glory, while discovering deep friendships and a flourishing community. What To Expect
Our Sunday morning service is traditional in style and includes hymns
accompanied by piano and pipe organ.
Our Chancel Choir performs each week September through May,
our Adult Hand Bell Choir performs once per month,
and our Children's Choir performs once per month.
Communion is offered on the first Sunday of each month
We invite you to visit our Welcome Center to receive a gift,
enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack in our lobby before or after worship
For your convenience, we offer large print bulletins
as well as designated wheel chair seating for those who desire.
Our Thursday evening "Recharge" service offers popular Christian Contemporary worship songs performed by a praise band in our Elevate Café .
Our Thursday sermons are different from our Sunday morning sermons.
Enjoy a soda or water and a snack at our cafe tables before or after worship.
